Jena Booher is an expert in mental health, work psychology, work motivation, maternal health, gender diversity and inclusion. She is the founder of Babies on the Brain LLC, a talent management consultancy specialising in retaining and getting the most out of top-performing employees. Her company's mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of individuals, while giving companies the tools and skills to make it happen. Jena is also a public speaker and writer, contributing to various media platforms including Inc., Forbes, the Huffington Post, Thrive Global, and others. Prior to her work in mental health and women's advocacy, Jena spent seven years as one of the top 5% performers globally at J.P. Morgan, New York, where she was a sales trader in both equity derivatives and foreign exchange. Jena is currently pursuing her PhD in Psychology and is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation. She will be a featured speaker at TEDxHobokenWomen this November. Jena graduated with a dual degree in Finance and Italian at Georgetown University.
